Please download and fill out the form on this page to register your child to receive the sacrament of First Communion. This form gives the due date and explains where to return the form. (Please Note: Parents of Saint Louis School students submit a different registration form to their child's Religion Teacher.)

Candidates for First Communion must prepare by participating in two school years of classes at the parish Religious Education program or Saint Louis School. Students may begin taking these classes in first grade (or later grades). Additional information is provided in these classes.
