Please download and fill out the forms on this page to register and help prepare your child to receive the sacrament of Confirmation. These forms contain additional information, especially concerning due dates and where to return the forms.

Candidates for Confirmation prepare by participating in two school years of classes at the parish Religious Education program or Saint Louis School. Students may begin taking these classes in seventh grade (or later grades).
