Please visit the Virginia Catholic Conference website for accurate info on the upcoming election… Here is a message from the VCC’s recent communication:

Voters who want to know more about candidates than what they see on TV ads and yard signs are encouraged to check out Know the Positions of the U.S. Senate Candidates. The Virginia Catholic Conference compiled this resource from policies, public statements, official and campaign websites and other sources to help voters understand where the candidates in Virginia’s U.S. Senate race stand on issues important to many Catholics. The issues appear in alphabetical order for informational purposes only and do not represent a complete list of important issues.

The Senate race side-by-side comparison is the last of several important pre-election resources issued by the Conference, including a statement (and en Espanol) from Bishop Loverde and Bishop DiLorenzo on principles to consider before voting, suggested questions to ask congressional candidates before Election Day, and interviews with the three candidates for the 7th District congressional seat formerly held by U.S. Rep. Eric Cantor. These items are available on our website.

Pope Francis Grace Corridor Bus Tour was a success!

High School students from St Louis Parish travelled up and down the Route 1 “Grace Corridor” on the Fairfax County Connector Bus with a life size “Pope Francis Cut-out”. Fr Zuberbueler and Alex Kubik accompanied them. We had a great time. Here are some photos from the event:
